Packages


From an afternoon cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception to a formal evening banquet or a Sunday brunch buffet, our professional staff is on hand to assist you in creating your ideal Palm Springs wedding package.

To make your wedding planning as easy as possible, our talented team has put together a selection of complete packages for both ceremonies and receptions. Our Palm Springs wedding packages and Palm Springs honeymoon packages simplify the planning process, while allowing you to add your own special touch through flowers, decor, entertainment and more.  Each of our menus can also be adapted to meet any dietary preferences or special requests.


Ceremony Packages
Serena Vista
This beautiful west-facing ceremony site situated on a lush green lawn has its own private wedding gazebo, majestic views of the San Jacinto Mountains, sparkling lake and waterfall. This favorite spot will seat up to 150 guests.
Site Fee: $3,000.00

Celebrity Villa Lawn
With it’s expansive lawn, soaring palm trees and stunning views of Mt. Eisenhower, this unique venue will accommodate a wedding ceremony of 150 or more with additional space for an outdoor reception under the stars.
Site Fee: $3,000.00

Verde Vista Lawn
With fabulous views of the 18th fairway and Mt. Eisenhower; this venue overlooks a pristine lake and waterfall and seats up to 70 guests.
Site Fee: $1,500.00

Each on-site ceremony includes the following amenities:

  • White garden chairs
  • Guest book table
  • Gift table
  • Water station
  • Rehearsal date (based on availability)
  • AV Sound packages for up to 150 guests
All Sound and Lighting Packages are provided by Swank Audio Visuals. Custom proposals will be supplied for parties over 150 guests.


Reception Package
For receptions with 100 or more guests, we offer the following package:

  • One Hour Hors d'oeuvres Reception
  • Four Hour Hosted Bar
  • Hyatt Select Champagne Toast
  • Cake Cutting & Accompaniment
  • Votive Candles to enhance your centerpiece
  • Banquet rounds of ten, sweetheart or head table, and cake table
  • Black, White or Ivory Floor Length Linen & Coordinating Napkins
  • Dance Floor & Entertainment Staging (for indoor receptions)
  • Complimentary Menu Tasting for Two People
  • Complimentary Suite for Bride & Groom, the evening of the wedding.
If your reception guest list is smaller than 100, please consult your catering manager for menu options and pricing.
